NDA available before file transfer
We can complete an NDA before non-public documents are shared. The service agreement or statement of work then records the approved scope, responsibilities, and file-handling terms.
Security & confidentiality
The first review begins with public information. If the approved work requires non-public project files, the workspace, access, and handling terms are agreed before transfer.
Send the public contract or award number, project stage, deadline, and a short description of the task. That is enough for the first review and proposal.

We agree the workspace before transfer. Where practical, work remains in a client-approved workspace rather than moving through unapproved channels.
Only the people named for the engagement receive access to project files. Access can be reviewed before any documents are shared.
The proposal identifies the approved workspace and the storage, sharing, and transmission controls available for the engagement.
Retention and deletion terms are set in the written engagement. When work is complete, we can confirm which files were delivered and the agreed treatment of working copies.
Do not send login credentials, classified information, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), export-controlled data, or restricted personal information. If a document may contain any of these, contact us before sharing it.
Email hello@awardtoclose.com with the contract number and the requirement. We’ll answer before requesting project files.
