Award to Close handles information submitted through this site and during an approved engagement. The legal contracting entity is identified in the written proposal and service agreement.
This may include your name, company email, contract or award number, project stage, deadline, message, billing details, and documents you later agree to share.
We use it to respond to your inquiry, review public contract records, recommend a work package, prepare a proposal, administer the engagement, invoice approved work, and deliver the agreed files.
Access is limited to the people who need the information to review the request, coordinate the engagement, prepare the agreed files, or support the approved working tools.
Email, file-sharing, document-production, and payment providers may be used as needed for an engagement. The applicable workspace and sharing method can be confirmed in writing before project files are transferred.
Start with the public contract or award number. If non-public files are needed, we agree the workspace, access, and sharing method before transfer. We do not accept CUI, classified material, export-controlled data, login credentials, or restricted personal information.
Retention and deletion terms for project files are set in the written engagement. When work is complete, the delivered files and the agreed treatment of working copies can be confirmed.
We do not sell personal information or use project documents for unrelated advertising.
